A little sneak peek of our family Christmas Card. Better hope you're on the list!
Yeah- I did just say that.
Of course it might be the last year of sending Christmas cards in the mail. Seriously who knows if the United Stated Post Office will still be around next year. I think people would mail more Christmas cards if they had some sort of holiday sale. How about 4 for $1.00? I would totally go for that. I must be old though because I remember when stamps WERE 25 cents.
On a funny side note too- a friends recent Facebook status update
"Is this a sign of the email generation or what? My brilliant 13yo honor student daughter did not know how to address an envelope - and had to have me show her!"
Guess addressing an envelope is not a necessary everyday life skill in this technological world. And that is a pity, for I dearly love receiving letters.
