A few weeks ago I had the opportunity of organizing an outing with the sisters in my ward (congregation) to see the scale model of the Salt Lake Temple.
It was absolutely breathtaking.
If you get a chance, stop by Temple Square and check it out for yourself. Parking at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building is $2.00 an hour. It is a quick jaunt across the plaza and into the south visitors center.
Plus there are displays of pictures of the interior of the temple throughout the past 115 years. It is really incredible. I hope you can take some time and enjoy it as I have.
