My parents called us up a couple of weeks ago to see if we wanted to go see the open pit copper mine aka Kennecott Copper Mine. They had a free admission for ten days or so, so we took advantage.

Here's how big one of the tires is on the trucks. Get this, EACH tire costs around $25,000 dollars. And there are 6 on each truck. Average life span of said tire? - 12 months.
When the mine first opened it was on a mountain peak. Over the years they've just dug it out and down into a pit.
Morgan wasn't feeling too good afterwards, he fell asleep in the car
along with Kelsey, and yes, those legs ARE that long (jealous)
