What I Did for my Birthday

Andrew and I went to Park City Mountain Resort and rode the Alpine Slide and the Alpine Coaster. SUPER fun.

The Alpine Coaster takes you up the mountain, then it's gravity that gets you down. Sorry I don't have video of the descent but I needed both my hands to keep the brake off. You can go as fast as you want because you're strapped in and the cart is attached to the track. It was absolutely thrilling. I was whooping and laughing, and I ate a couple of bugs 'cause my mouth was open, but it was worth it. Seriously a good time!

After this we went to Main Street Pizza and Noodle. I love their Chicken Marsala. In February or March I clipped a coupon out of the paper for 27 and 1/2% off the total order. It had been clipped to the fridge ever since for either my birthday or our Anniversary as they're both the same week. It was worth the wait. It was such a beautiful day. After dinner we came home and put our left overs in the fridge then went to Gateway where I did a little birthday shopping (Sur La Table) and Andrew did a little not birthday shopping (Apple store, what more can I say?). And we ended the day with some decadent Haagen Daz ice cream.
It was such a fabulous day. And don't ask me how old I am, I forget :)
