Death of a Camera

I realize it's been a week since I've written an entry. Mostly this is because my camera died. It passed away at my family reunion. Andrew then decided to take it apart (could'nt he just let it rest in PEACE?) I opened the garage door to find my children hammering out the innards of the best present Andrew ever got me. I cried. I still miss my camera. It never talked back to me or whined. It only required charging now and then. Goodbye my Casio Exilim. I miss you.

On a happier note I am patiently awaiting the delivery of my new generation Casio Exilim. I hope to receive my new bundle of joy sometime this week.

Things I have missed taking pictures of include:
-My girls night out (which totally rocked!)
-Family crab dinner where Morgan broke out in a rash (he's still spotty, maybe I'll get some pictures after all)
-Meagan trying on her Disney costumes. She was so cute in the Tinkerbell one, but her favorite was Arial's wedding dress.

Farewell my camera! Adieu, adieu. I miss you. :(

  2. I want to echo the "YAY for a new one", but it is so sad to lose something you feel is such a big part of your life. I sure felt the same when our 35mm died :( But I wouldn't trade it back for my new one!!! hehehe
