A Fun Place to Eat

 Ichiro Buffet 220 West 7200 South in Midvale.  You can't beat the $8.99 lunch buffet, considering some sushi rolls cost upward of $10.00 a piece.  The buffet includes the sushi bar, hot bar, and salad/dessert bar.  Your soft drink is also included.  There is a variety of sushi, including vegetarian.  Add some wasabi and pickled ginger and you're good to go.

 At the hot buffet you will find white and fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, mixed vegetables, pot stickers, egg rolls and even tempura.  I like a small cup of miso soup too.

 The cold buffet serves salads, fruits, peel and eat shrimp and desserts.

 The dinner menu includes more varieties of sushi and all you can eat crab legs, but it's also double the cost.  I find I am plenty satisfied with the lunch menu alone.
