Saturday Scenes - Tulip Festival

We decided to take advantage of a perfectly beautiful spring day and spend it at Thanksgiving Point Gardens
The annual Tulip Festival is going on right now. It ends on May 1st. I would go quickly if I were you, the blooms do not last too long.
Click here for a MAP of the gardens.
There are a lot of pictures, so I'll not be long-winded. Please enjoy our (non)professional photos :)
such as this one of the waterfall-
and this one of the Italian Garden

And of course, the reason for the festival, the lovely TULIPS.

Finding the Secret Garden

More gorgeous flowers...

Kelsey wants to be a photographer. She sure had fun with the camera.

Can you hear the sound of the trickling water?

And the daffodils look lovely today...

Just like a postcard (except for those people on the path)
All in all it was a beautiful day. PLEASE go if you can. The earthy smells from the gardens and flowers are truly heady and so good for the soul. :)
