I Bet You Did Too

What we did with the extra Easter eggs...
Cut eggs in half and transfer yolks into a mixing bowl.
Mix egg yolks with dijon mustard and mayonnaise to taste.
We added a little pickle juice too.
Put mixture into a plastic zip bag. Cut the corner off and pipe into the egg whites.
We topped our with capers.
Yum.
