It's been a while since I've posted. It's been a crazy busy month. On July 9th we went with Susan, Art, Nana, Chris and Meagan to Morgan, UT to have lunch at the fabulous Spring Chicken Inn. It still looks the same as when I was a little girl. I think the last time I came here I was about 10 or 11 years old. But one thing remains, fantastic fried chicken. We really enjoyed our lunch.
About five miles up the road is the famous Utah landmark, Devil's Slide. I haven't seen this since I was 17 and went to Croyden with the Wells Ward for our ward camp out. I thought the kids would like to see it. They thought it was really cool.
The story of how the slide came to be is: One day the devil was walking upon the mountain. When he came to the crest , he tripped on a boulder and slid down the mountain side. His tail left a great rent now known as Devil's Slide.
You should do a post about 12 years together with Andrew! My anniversary is coming up too---on the 22nd of August! We move on the 15th---Crazy crazy! If you ever happen to be in St. George for a visit--look me up, we are only about 35 minutes away. IT's WARM in the winter.....:)
