O.K. I haven't written in a while. Last night my sweet 2 year old popped off nearly all my keys on my laptop. I still haven't found "n" and I need to get replacement under-tacks for my F1-F4 keys. I will be updating soon with pictures of the first day of school and some other little gems. But right now I thought I'd let you in on some the things I have bought or love to buy at Costco.
Today for example I was thrilled with the $3.77 a gallon gasoline. (Yes, it is a sad world).
Others things I enjoy are our Serta Matress. Seroiusly, it's the best matress I've had in my life. When I'm away I really miss my bed.
What could top a really comfy matresss? Well only the bedding of course! If you don 't already own a Kirtland Signature sheet set, you are missing out in one of the finer things in life. They are 600 thread count ( a true count, not cheater like other brands) and so luxiourous, that I went and got a second set. The price is under $70.00 (for a queen). I've paid more than that for sheets which don't even compare, sheets I wouldn't even wipe my nose with. Give 'em a try, you'll like them.
More frequent items include the Kirtland Signature Facial Cleansing Wipes. Let's just say easy and quick without a weeks worth of dirty washclothes piled up on the bathroom counter.
Diapers of course. I hope to not have to buy another case. I'm really trying to get said two year old potty trained, but if I do run out before he's fully trained, the diaper prices are the best around.
Favorite food picks include:
Shrimp
King Crab
Pork loin
beef roasts
Chichen Pot Pie
Woton Soup
Sushi Rolls
Sour cream
Butter
Cheeses
eggs,
salamie,
lettuce,
tomatoes,
strawberries,
figs,
blueberries,
carrots,
asparagus,
blackberries,
also flavored vitamin water.
I'm sure I'm forgetting more items!
Aha! One of the best purchases has been our EXILIM camera by Casio. It's where 99% of my blog pictures and video are uploaded from.
Anyway, try perusing Costco sometime. It is full of treasures. And please comment on what you like to buy there (Come on, I know you've got Costco tires!).
It just breaks my heart that sheets have to cost so much. They are sheets....I mean, really! Not that it doesn't make a huge difference what kind you have, but every time I sleep in my single pair of now falling apart sheets that get washed and put back on every week, I still can't admit to myself that they really cost that much. Especially for ones that actually fit our super deep (but oh oh oh so comfy) bed. Maybe we'll have to try those out when I get the stomach for it. Thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteOh....and so sorry about the keyboard. Bummer.
