AH, Saturday with Kelsey's girl scout troop. We went to the Expo center where the Cookie Award party was held. Kelsey (and I) sold 250 boxes. The girl with the higest amount from our state was over 4700. I can't even imagine trying to deliver all those. We barely got our 250 out. And a great big thank you to all of you who bought from us.
When we arrived we found a table and were served a "fancy" Quote Kelsey lunch. It was very nice indeed. Then the cookie award recipients were honored. Next came the best part: Carnival games!!!! I was in charge of three of the girls. We worked out a little system to get through the line faster. I would stand in the adjacent line till they were through with their turns in the other line, then they would take my place and I would start moving through the next adjacent line. We got through all the lines in about an hour and a half.
Yay for them....they deserve a "fancy" and fun event for all of their hard work!
